In human history it was during these repeating sections that Consciousness developed Homo Sapiens, agriculture and domesticated herds, signed treaties to establish the sovereignty of nations and their people, and put up the Internet thereby creating a planetary consciousness in 1992.

Miguel Ángel Vergara who is a Maya Priest and Master Teacher offers these words which I think encopasses the message that the counsel of Mayan Elders have also been saying:

It is about a time of hope, humility, forgiveness, love, a time of prayer, of plenty. A time to go to our roots, to the very depths of our being, a time to share who we are and what we have with all humankind who are in need at this moment, this great eternal moment in the Universe. There are no dates, because time does not really exist.

The BLUE THROAT CHAKRA, when in balance, gives us the ease to share and communicate with others...placing an outline on our truths in what we desire and what we believe...It is found in the neck and shoulders area..

The BLUE THROAT CHAKRA teaches us wisdom of interacting with other souls by speech from our own pysche and accepting the "sound thoughts" of others in their communication...Our first feeling of vibration to the Universe...

A BLUE CHAKRA can become "jumbled" and we can easily become judgemental in our speech and spill words of arrogance that we later realize were self-righteous...Addictions and bad habits arise from an unbalanced THROAT CHAKRA....

Now, having touched base with our Soul...finding the energy from the 3rd chakra, brings us the GREEN HEART CHAKRA....This chakra bring us all our news, our information center...It is our central questionaire...

As in the Spring, Nature speaks to us with fresh green tendrils of growth,and the heart being the "hub", then the GREEN CHAKRA allows us to begin to interconnect with our own upon Mother Earth...It then allows us to attain self love and open to love others...

As this chakra fills with energy, we experience unconditional love and can balance within the soothing greens of Nature...With each heartbeat, we store knowledge for forgiveness, a desire for happiness, and to simply, BE LOVED~!

It seems that when Monday morning rolls around, there is keen motivation~! I for one am one of those "planners"...I say, "Boy, now Monday morning I will_______"....
This morning I do have plans and hope to keep this spark of motivation going for my psyche~!!

I hope that you come to find something on the page that interests you, such as the Guides, Meditation, the mystery of Atlantis, and the Chakras...
Psychometry came into play for me this weekend with some items that I was working with, a letter and a photograph...

Bursting from orange into the YELLOW SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA which represents new power, awareness and a different outlook on our Earth body....This chakra allows us to get in touch with our inner selves, our Soul...

It is like the morning sun, rising with bright yellow warmth, and the YELLOW CHAKRA allows us, along with discovering our inner worth, to begin to evaluate other Souls that are around us...It is the center of our Earth body as the Sun is to the galaxy...

It is a brilliant chakra that beckons the wisdom that we already have within us and begin to glean intelligence from meditation or from our Guides...We begin to find our ego and know who and what we are about....

The ORANGE SACRAL CHAKRA, being just above the root chakra, still dominates the lower trunk area (from navel to above pelvic bone)...governing the lower abdomen...
It is where many say that they get that gut feeling" that steers them into a certain venture...

In this ORANGE CHAKRA we form more of a foundation of ideas, creativity abounds, and we become quite aware of our physical bodies....Hence, exploration of sexual issues as well as day to day relationship matters...

Having the base from the root, now the sacral chakra let's one begin uniting with outside entities....This brings the body a new experience and freedom from singleness....

The ORANGE SACRAL CHAKRA is often called the POWER chakra in awareness...With the warmth of the color orange, power rules giving one the ability to gain self worth ~!! One has positivity in the aspects of independence along side being with a partner...Ambition, job success, and true grit begins...

The RED Root Chakra.....

Just as we see Nature...the trees, the shrubs, the flowers, even the towering mountain peaks, there is a BASE, a root...And, then all grows following a certain path...I feel that we, in our Earth bodies, have this same root/base...

The root/base chakra, is seated at the spine, our place of stability as we walk, sit and stand...It is linked to the core of the planet, and more specifically to Mother Earth...It is where we began on a chakra journey with our physical birth...
It is the way to self awareness...

It is, and always has been the basis for survival and is key for any beginning. When our RED ROOT CHAKRA is involved and noticable to awareness, we feel energy, vitality, enthusiasm, and passion...
We see red as a boosting color...Ideas abound, creativity is at it's best and we feel well physically~!

The effects of the RED ROOT CHAKRA being out of balanced or depleted, bring depression, fear, insecurity with surroundings and society...Also, ANGER stems from the out-of-balance root chakra..Just as it states in the term, "Seeing red!"...Or, in the depths of depression, no self esteem...Loneliness...Becoming lethargic, feeling unloved, exhaustion...

Parts of the body that are directly affected are the spine, back, hips, legs and feet. Also. the adrenal glands, kidneys and blood flow...Sending us into a sluggish constitution...

Let's begin a talk of CHAKRAS....

If you are a subscriber to color, then you are likely aware of the colors of the rainbow...the spectrum.
Studying Metaphysics, I found that my love of color, the rainbow, and how colors affected me, brought me to the colors of the CHAKRAS....

CHAKRA is described in Sanskrit as "wheel"...As it is believed that the colors move about within the Earth body as if on a wheel...Reflecting light color of that spectrum within and if balanced there is good health. If it is out of balance, then disease and discord evolves...

The colors of the CHAKRAS are aligned as are the colors of the Rainbow..."ROYGBIV"...And, linked with the red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet are the color spectrum BLACK next to red, and WHITE in highest contrast just above violet....

CHAKRAS become unbalanced due to enveloping ourselves within the everyday stresses that we seem to not be able to shed...It is sort of like knowing the "right" thing to do, (from our Spirit side) and disregarding that little voice resulting in sending our CHAKRA COLOR WHEEL out of sync...

Each CHAKRA has a specific place within this Earth body and holds it's own color within that space...

Some days we seem "scrambled", rushed, "out of sorts", or all of the above~!! If we could understand and balance the chakras then serenity could begin to alleviate our emotions....So many days I wish that I could balance them to remain within a web of zen...LOL...

The little things of life...

John Lennon once said "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans".

Well, it turns out that life is also what happens when you wake up early in the morning at the same time everyday, when you watch TV, see your friends, do your laundry or sit at the table with your family to eat the leftovers that have been in the refrigerator for the last three days. Not very special, right?

We tend to remember the changes; the good or the bad news, the landmarks of our life. We are used to taking for granted those quiet times when "nothing" is happening. We forget about those boring days when, according to us, things repeated all over again, without appreciating those special people around you. Those who are there for you. We make our lives miserable just waiting until a big thing happens. But sometimes it never does. One word, one smile, one hug.
Enjoy them.
One day you'll realize they were the BIG things.

Why is life so full of tests?......

Through tests we learn life’s lessons. Tests a...re not meant to crush us: They are to develop our powers. They come through the natural law of progress and are necessary for us to advance from lower to higher steps.

Mind is the source of all your troubles and all your happiness. You really are stronger than all your tests. If you don’t realize it now, you will have to realize it later. God has given you the power to control your mind and body and thus be free from pain and sorrow. Never say, “I am through.” Do not poison your mind by thinking that if you walk a little more you will over-exert yourself, or if you cannot get certain foods you will suffer, and so on.

Never allow your mind to entertain thoughts of illness or limitation: You will see your body change for the better. Remember that mind is the power that is creating this body, and if the mind is weak, the body becomes weak. Don’t grieve or worry about anything.

No matter what happens, you must be absolutely free in your mind. As in a dream, you may think that you are ill but, awakened by a slap, you see it is not true. So in the state of wakefulness you must know that this life is also nothing but a dream…

In order to pass life’s tests, you will need rejuvenation in both body and mind. You will need to develop elasticity of the mind. If you can’t meet life’s tests, you will be helpless when trials and tribulations come.

At times life seems to be a cruel game. The only justification for it is that in reality it is only a dream. You have had many experiences through many incarnations and you will have others in future incarnations, but they should not frighten you. You must play all parts in the motion picture of life, inwardly saying, “I am Spirit.” This is the great consolation that wisdom gives us.

Realize the presence of the Infinite. Behold God, your own Father, your own Spirit, behind the shadows. In your heart of hearts realize this, no matter what your impulses dictate. Being at peace in our fast-paced world where we have been bombarded with thought, vision, circumstance; all running together in a stream of energy, it is wise to take "Light Time" for yourself...

Be as a buddha for a while, gather your thoughts that have come to you in haste and send them out into the Universe to dissolve...

Then sit quietly, peacefully absorbing the sounds, the air, the energy that is streaming all around and in you. Allow the Universe to speak to you, bringing its energetic flow into you.

Don't listen to the clock, but just feel where you need your Soul to be refreshed......Hearing those messages which resonate with your entire being, then you will begin to feel clarity..A clear mind, refreshed and evaluating your everyday surroundings, sorting out the chaff, and resuming your steps on your journey with renewal...

Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.

Believe in love at first sight.

Thoughts on ATLANTIS.....

The science of metaphysics has always had a deep respect for the Crystal, a solid in which each particle is exactly in its natural place. It constitutes a matrix of precisely balanced forces and field. Any application of force to the Crystal will result in the generation of energy and, conversely, any application of energy will result in the generation of force.

Dr. Daniel Fry said the Atlanteans created (grew) giant crystals in order to effect significant changes in the gravitational fieldof large areas. Dr. Fry hypothesizes that at least one of these Crystals remains in operation even today within its original area of sensitivity.

Somewhere off the coast of Florida, many fathoms deep, lies a power source beyond the known sciences of modern man. In the last century, this mysterious power caused forty-two ships, twenty-seven airplanes, and one nuclear submarine to vanish inexplicably from this plane.

December 5, 1945, Flight 19 left the Naval Air Station at Fort Lauderdale FL at two pm, with excellent flying conditions and clear weather. The fourteen pilots and crewmen aboard the five TBM Avenger bombers had flight experience ranging from thirteen months to six years.

At 3:45 pm the Florida air waves crackled with an emergency message from the flight leader. He gave his emergency code. The tower operator asked his position and received the answer, "We're not sure of our position. We can't really tell where we are." The flight leader was told to assume a bearing of due west, and he replied, "We can't tell which direction is west. We can't be sure of any direction. The instruments are crazy; everything is wrong. Even the ocean is unfamiliar . . . "

The tower operator suggested sarcastically that they fly toward the setting sun. The flight leader replied that the sun was in the wrong place and there were no clouds visible in the strange sky they were flying thru. For thirty minutes, the tower operator listened to the talk between the planes. None of the pilots was able to determine his position or the direction of the sun. Their voices were curious, frightened, and hysterical.

At 4:15pm the tower received the message, "We have no idea where we are. The sky is unlike anything I've ever seen on earth. It looks like we are . . ." At that point, the message broke off. A Martin flying boat with full rescue equipment and a crew of thirteen was immediately dispatched to the location of the lost flight patrol. It was in continual contact with the base until it reached the area where the patrol was last heard from. Then its radio fell silent. Neither the rescue plane nor the five bombers were ever heard from again.

The following day more than three hundred ships and airplanes crisscrossed the area (now called The Bermuda Triangle) in one of the most massive research operations of modern history. They found no wreckage, no debris, no oil slick, and no survivors. Six planes and twenty-seven crewmen had seemingly vanished into thin air without a clue as to where they had gone.

January 29, 1948, a four-engine airliner with thirteen passengers and seven crewmen left Bermuda en route to Kingston, Jamaica, in clear, mild weather. A routine message was received by the Bermuda control tower. That message was the last physical evidence of that flight.

January 7, 1949, another four-engine airliner with thirteen passengers and seven crewmen left Bermuda en route to Jamaica, in excellent weather. The plane never arrived, and no trace of it was ever found.

January, 1960, a convoy of five airplanes passed thru the Bermuda Triangle on their way to New York. The skies were clear and flying conditions good. Suddenly, two of the planes disappeared. One moment they were in flight formation, and the next moment, they were gone. No trace of the planes or crew were ever found.

May 26, 1968, the USS Scorpion, a nuclear submarine on its way to Norfolk VA, entered a radio report from the area of the Bermuda Triangle, saying "All is well." After six days of silence, a huge sea and air hunt for the missing submarine was initiated and continued for nine days. No trace of the submarine or its ninety-nine crew members was ever found.

The disappearances have continued. It is as if there was an invisible door thru which planes and ships suddenly pass from this dimension into another.

The civilization of Atlantis left a legacy of brilliance our present civilization is still centuries away from realizing.. Atlantean technology was virtually unlimited. They were able to manipulate physical reality at will. They possessed anti-gravity devices that enabled them to fly. They had teleportation, space travel, and commerce with other planets. The needs of their civilization were extracted effortlessly from the natural energy forces around them.

The secret of their miraculous technology was the legendary Firecrystal, a gem of rare beauty that possessed a perfect molecular structure.
Through the Crystal, the natural energies of sunlight and magnetic waves were transformed into a concentrated ray of light that provided all the fuel for the Atlantean world from electricity and communications to the penetration of time fields. It is time for the Spring Equinox...and once again our Sun, giving off direct rays, is moving in it's path across the Earth's equator..It is that instant in time at which the Earth is tilted neither toward nor away from the Sun. Since the Earth's tilt relative to the Sun is constantly changing, the 12-hour symmetry can be only approximately true anywhere.

Lots of controversy about the "Super Moon", tomorrow March 19th, 2011.

The astrologers call the moon the "Super Moon" as it is closer to the Earth than it has been since 1993...Most metaphysical followers believe that THIS moon will release a burst of energy to feed into the LIGHT grid that sparks knowledge of future happenings...The moon will certainly appear larger as it makes it trek skyward from the horizon...

There are some that believe that this Equinox Moon triggered the earthquake in Japan and the Tsunami of this past week. Lightworkers believe that the new tilt of the planet makes it prime for making even more Souls 'aware'....

The Earth Mother now welcomes the light of the Moon to soothe her wounds..
I hope that you celebrate the Spring Equinox with renewed determination to accept the upcoming changes...

Just to touch on the recent happenings to you that are aware...
Our vibrations have changed lately and I should like to share some thoughts on the recent world scene and share some insight....

These words may resonate with some,....others may not feel this is suitable in their thoughts...You make the decision...Those of us that are Lightworkers, have this to ponder...

Perhaps you have pondered why you were not given more time to prepare yourselves for recent events we say to you, your lives have been your preparation. You have everything that you need for the job. Those that have the good fortune to be sustained economically and physically will have more to offer their brethren than those that do not at this time, but everyone can take a moment daily to connect to the light grid and offer up their highest level intentions and love.

What has occurred in this large "hit" that has been sustained upon Gaia is that it has actually created more space in the atmosphere for the higher vibrations of light to pass through. Many of you are feeling this, along with the sensations of ungroundedness, fatigue and so forth. The usual recommendations are suggested; grounding meditations, adequate rest and quality food and water for sustenance. Those of an empathic nature may be feeling highly drained and fearful. Be sure that you are clear to carry only your own energies at this time. It is not necessary to process anything for anyone else. Holding archaic beliefs of this nature are not utilizing the most skillful means that are available to you. You are in your strength when you are in your own sovereignty and power, and not losing energies to outside forces, opinions or people.

Just as you are able to "tune into" different stations on a radio, the variance of frequencies on earth are now more separated and able to discern. If you find yourself resisting or moving back into a dualistic or fearful vibration, simply check up and love yourself back to the Light. If you see others doing this and if they are open to suggestion, you may offer a gentle, loving reminder for them to do the same.

Your Higher Selves will be your best compass and news sources in these times as many will attempt to use recent catastrophic events to their advantage; political, economic or otherwise. There is great love here for you. Blessings of light. Aum. Shanti. ~ The Keepers

About 2011 and the awakening....

Even if you do not subscribe to much of Metaphysical thought, I am sure that many of you have noticed, within your lives, the differences we have seen in society, our neighborhoods, our families, and of course, all around the globe....

There is great uneasiness around the world, disasters plentiful as the Earth starts to feel it's changes...Earthquakes, dormant volcanoes awakening, floods, cold bleak snowstorms, and many accounts of mass flocks of birds falling from the skies, accompanied by thousands of fish floating to the surface of many waterways....

Our neighborhoods harbor heavy drug traffic, the poor and destitute are placed onto concrete habitat...The elderly are left with but memories of what used to be, a society that cared about fellow man...

In your day to day lives, are you experiencing the readjustment to your attitude and thoughts of how time now hastens?..Are you experiencing new vibrations in your daily life??..Many have found the changes in their AWAKENING to be a pleasant experience, however, feel an anxiety to find what they can lend through their experiences for others...

I love the art of Akaine...She is one of the most lovely artists with feeling and brings alive what she deems the messages from Heaven...The Post Falls, Idaho resident has certainly made a name for herself with her brilliant talent....

Through her young life, her paintings have evolved into greater detail, but the innocence of her work remains astounding~!
She is a great beacon of Light for the art community and a mentor for all young artists to follow....

Today's hectic schedules have begun to chip away at our patience and our sensibilities...Time seems to slip away too quickly and we find ourselves truly a bundle of nerves...Oft times finding insomnia the result.

Indeed, Mother Earth and Father Time have been hinting for some time for us to go within ourselves to change the vibrations around us....as we are the only one that can change us....no one can do it for us.

We could panic and subscribe to the theory that December 12, 2012 will the "end all", just as the Mayan Calendar indicates...
But, my take on that theory is perhaps that date might be the beginning of something wonderful rather than treacherous....
So, my belief system only allows me to think positive at this time in my life, so I believe that following some simple tasks will avenge that doomsday theme....

Inner peace.....We first must to look deeply into ourselves, take a long look at our soul, and find that place that makes us feel full of Light and Love. Taking inventory of our attitudes to others, striving always to be empathetic, and feeling calm and secure in our thoughts. Taking time to meditate or say a prayer soothes the soul.

Changing within.......Knowing that the psyche is nurtured, then patterns in food intake become lighter and more refreshing....Usually, consuming fruits, vegetables and whole grains refurbishes the energy from our internal self.

Enlightenment.....Nature....a simple sunrise, sunset, stroll within a garden, or stopping to give thanks for the gift of a rainbow from dark rain. Enlightenment might appear in the form of music, a message from a beloved mentor, or something as simple as a smile from a child.

Healing......Bitterness and hate held within, festers and causes damage to the earthen body. Letting go of anger and indifference can be the aid to beginning to heal. It can lift your spirits to wellness.

Love of the Universe.....Could you just imagine if EVERYONE on the planet began the day with love in their heart and light in their souls what a glorious day it would be???? This old planet would smile for sure~!

Psychometry....The sense of touch....

PSYCHOMETRY......That sense of touch through touching, holding, embracing or wearing a certain item.

How many times have you entered an Antique Store, walked to a box of old photographs, chosen the one that "speaks" to you, and as you lift it to study it, you instantly "feel" that you have known this person? A sort of deja vu of time and space?

Perhaps you wondered as you studied the photo, how she lived...where she lived...and something striking about her..??? Was the "feeling you felt" an indication that she was happy...or....was she frightened at the time the picture was taken???

If you have "felt" these strong flashes or glimpses of someone's lifetime as you hold the object, then you could be using your psychometry talents.... Many psychics that search for lost people, whether alive or dead, use this procedure in aiding the search....

OR---perhaps you have been gifted an item from a relative that has passed, such as a silkened or linen handkerchief...And, as you gently ran your hands over the cloth, you "saw" a glimpse of when that relative carried that particular item...Maybe it was at a tea party, or her loyal visit to her church, or just a hankie that ladies carried as ladies would!....

If you "feel" or "see" these times within the owner's lifetime, then you are using the gift that you have to take the "energy" from that item and bring the owner's thoughts to you...PSYCHOMETRY....

It is quite common for stories of these types of "feelings" and "glimpses" to be within the Antique community and with 2nd hand dealers...They oft times find out that their psychometry was "right on" when speaking to a family member of the item.

Give yourself a little testing, perhaps, by having someone place a photo or an item into a sealed envelope, telling you NOTHING about what is inside, and see if you can solve the riddle that they have composed...!!....Many people that I have met, and were with in classes, said that they had experienced just those happenings....

Into The Light with Spirit Guides and dispelling the fears.....

So many people in conversation ask..."Am I delving into the darkness, and can negativity abound over me...?"

The answer is no, not the darkness, but opening up a channel to the Light..A universal, cosmic awareness that there is something out there besides mundane, torture, pain, and in lots of cases, raw negativity...Let's only grasp a moment of the news channels...Glaring and horrid images of death, destruction, planet dwindling, and disregard of human souls....

The Soul, I believe, craves love....We all come here with Love. It is the one thing that holds us together....Therefore to study and explore the meaning of our being here to begin with can become an awakening...It can only help us, not hinder us....Whatever can help us on this journey in this incarnation, .....let's give it the positive edge, and rid the negative....

When contacting and meeting your Spirit Guides, your strength lies in Love...That strong belief washes away the negative fear. You are searching for guidance....Be it in a vison, a feeling, or a message.....Haven't you had that feeling of "if only someone would help me?"....

When you find time to meditate, or write, or drift into the solace place you visualize, most people within Metaphysics use "Protection". By protecting yourself, by meditation or prayer, you invite in only "Beings of Light".....

(Negative beings, we will discuss later)

After finding your "Special Place", then in your mind or speak aloud ....

"May the White Light surround me and allow Love to fill my Soul and protect me".....

In my opinion, there is nothing "dark" about asking for help from someone that you have made a promise with before this lifetime...

Now as a reminder, before we were born, we decided what life lessons that we would follow this lifetime. Your Spirit Guides were there to help with the planned path...So, when we might feel overwhelmed and lost on the way, we call upon them for aid...They do not step in or interfere with our workings here on Earth unless we ask....

(Angels and Archangels are different. They come to our dilemma..Another topic....)

The reason the Guides do not just "step in" because we are given the right of "free will", doing what we please, ignoring what we came to do...The Guides are not there to "run" our lives, only to observe and help when called upon...

In asking for help....Remember the Guides have wonderful and task-solving teachings that they can offer...We need to listen...listen to that whisper, that feeling, that exilaration in knowing we are doing the "right thing".....
But, knowing this and having this advantage of being savvy to the Cosmic Awareness, then life seems to make a whole lot more sense!
Most feel more secure with finding their guides in a comfortable presence and if you choose to know their name, specifically, then ask~! They may "speak" their name, or show a symbol to represent their name....

Just learn to become comfortable with the Special Place, have your surroundings quiet, or if you choose, light meditative music....See the Guide....Ask the name...
Once you initiate these meetings the more you will feel the safety of knowing that someone is with you....
Ask your questions....
Find your answers.....
Remember your path, remembering "free will" also...

Later, I should like to talk about Guides that are our loved ones that have passed over and that enter several planes to come to our sides to interact....

Spirit Guides are entities that come from another plane or existance, that come to aid and guide..Some come as guardians....They exist in the Spirit Realm, another plane from Earth...

These Spirit Guides have agreed to enter into a commitment with a soul prior to being born into a lifetime in a physical body.... Usually there will be one "Supreme Guide" who belongs to your Soul Group, and more than likely you have been a Guide in an assignment during your many lifetimes...
Being a Guide is a learning process for the Soul Group to evolve closer to the Light....

Along with your Supreme Guide you may call upon additional guides to aid in your journey...Many of these guides are souls who have lived on this earth plane for many, many lifetimes. but there are guides who are from other worlds as well. Later, we will investigate the Angels...

Usually all Guides are termed as "old souls", meaning that they are more evolved with great knowledge to teach us the path of evolvement and enlightenment...

Your Guides will appear to you, be it within meditation, in a dream, or in a setting where you "feel' their presense in time of need....

They will guide you with visions, words that you will 'hear', or teach you by guiding your actions...They come to remind you of your Life Lessons that you have set forth before entering into this lifetime. They try and keep us upon the 'path' that we have carved for ourselves.

Usually your Supreme Guide stays with you at all times....and other guides may step in and step out during your enlightenment path....There may be loved ones that have gone on, but act as guides during their evolvement...

Now let's work on contacting the Spirit Guides and learning about their tasks to aid you...
1. You may find them by Meditating on your own or following a guided meditation...
2. They may appear to you in a dream...
3. They may come through in Automatic Writing, as you write random thoughts upon a page...

In these procedures to introduce themselves, they will bring you to seeing them in their ethereal state but with a recognizable form. For instance, one might see a robed individual with a flowing cape, or perhaps your guide will come in just what you would call "street clothes". Oft times, people see a Native American, a vision of Jesus, or even an ethereal goddess... It is whatever you vision as they present themselves in order to make you comfortable...

Later, you might recognize them when they are around you because you hear a faint sound of a chime, or you might detect a scent of an herb or a flower....

To learn the names of your Supreme Guide and the assisting guides along your path on this plane, you may find the name by merely asking...Sometimes they will let you see 'visually' what their name is....such as showing you a rose, hence her name is "Rose"...or perhaps speak within you, their name...

So, now, we have found our Supreme Guide and other guides, and hopefully by meditation and study you have found their name and have a 'picture' in your mind of their appearance and their task set forth....

Remember, also, that you have set forth this lifetime's path planned with the Guides perhaps hundreds of years ago....

Go to your special place now where you feel comfortable and safe and perhaps your guides will be there waiting for you......

Later on, we will discuss the interactions of the Guides with you....and the Animal guides as well...

Let's create for you a special place....

This space that you wish to create will be a familiar and comfortable place to go to to relax and feel safe....There you will visualize and enjoy.
You may use this space to learn, heal and work on soul searching an reaching others upon the planet...

When you reach this special place in your mind's eye, then remember it, know how to go there whenever you wish, and no matter where you are, it is yours..

Now try and visualize a place that you love, either real or imagined. One that feels comfortable and safe...

If you choose to be inside

What are the colors that you see? Are they your favorite?
Is the furniture yours, or is it new?
See the most comfortable seating in the room...

Will you sit, walk, stand or lay down here?
Are there familiar items there in the room? If you
would choose new items, the sky is the limit!!!

Is there a window? And, if so, is it open?
Is there a beautiful landscape out the selected window?
A reminder, this is YOUR space, no one can come to this
room unless YOU invite them..the room remains safe...

Is your favorite pet there, or is there an animal 'totem'?
What are the smells...are they from candles or flowers?
Listen carefully,...what sounds do you hear? Or is your room quiet?
Is there music, a bubbling fountain, windchimes speaking outside the window?

How does it feel being there? Are you comfortable?
What is the floor like under your feet, and are you barefoot?
If you sit upon the furniture, is it smooth and silky or is it warm and cuddly?
Just imagine what it would feel like to walk into that room anytime that you chose...

The more feeling of relaxation that you feel in that room, the better, as you will want to go there to learn and heal and meditate...

~*~ Perhaps you have chosen to be outside rather in your special room....
What colors do you see? Describe the landscape that is before you...
Have you stepped upon a beach, strolled into a forest, meadow, lawn, or are you standing before a mountain?

Do you see buildings..perhaps a cabin in the woods? Or a boat along the beach?
Do you choose to sit, walk, stand or lay down here? And, are you feeling comfortable there?
Will you be sitting on the ground, a bench, or will you choose the swing? Perhaps a large rock is where you choose?

Remember, this is YOUR landscape...only yours...It can be rugged and rocky, or a pristine garden with smooth lines..
If there is sunshine, is it sunrise, midday, or is the sun beginning to set? Perhaps you have chosen a beautiful moonlit night?

Also, as a reminder, no one may enter this place unless YOU invite them. This space belongs ONLY TO YOU! And, remember it is always SAFE!
What are the smells? Have you envisioned flowers, a garden or a meadow full of wildflowers?
Is there a stream or a lake? Is it quiet hear or do you hear sounds? Perhaps there are birds singing, or the wind playing through the leaves?...

Are there any animals, tame or wild, or an animal 'totem'?
Are you feeling cool with a breeze, or is it warm with bright sunshine?
Are you standing on soft grass or clover, or are there stones beneath your feet?

Envelope the feeling of being there within your safe vision outdoors and you may visit as often as you wish to learn and heal...

Later on, we will investigate whether there might be guides within your space....
But for now, close your eyes, if you choose to listen to soft music, and re-visit your envisioned meditation place...There you may find answers to something that will help you...

Metaphysics has always intrigued me for many, many years. The word includes the part--"Meta", meaning beyond, and "Physics", meaning science. So, the word then comes to be the study of phenomena that is beyond the sciences...Those things that are not tangible, but that exist...

I have studied many facets of Metaphysics and hope to have you respond and give me your opinions and outlook on different subjects. I have been active in the field of Numerology and am a member of PSI. PSI is Paranormal Search Investigation, and I find that 'like minds' can explore and examine with amazing results.

I want to discuss various topics ranging from Auras to Distant Healing. I think it will be an interesting journey and hope that you follow the blog and lend your knowledge as much as you can...
